Nowadays, there are 2 many trance collection series, such as ASOT, TranceWorld, Anjunabeats, TranceNation, In Search Of Sunrise, DreamDance, Gatecrasher, Euphoria, Trance Energy, Tunnel Trance Force etc. and some older ones, like Magik, Rave Mission, Reactivate etc.
Name the 2 specific you think R the best ever.

1) A State of Trance 2004 (2004)
2) Ministry of Sound: Trance Nation 2 (1999)

Haven't brought a Trance CD for years.

But way back you would always have the latest Euphoria and Gatecrasher CDs pumping out of my car stereo.

So for me its them two.

Definately has to be:

1) Ibiza euphoria mixed by matt darey, this is flawless, especially disc one!
2) Trance Nation 2 mixed by system f, another flawless disc 2!

I dont buy comilations anymore because they are all absolute shitholes. In the uk, every compilation series is owned by ministry of shit, so are all full of commercial rubbish. And in search of sunrise etc.. are all too mellow for me, too progressive. wheres the euphoria gone in trance????

1) Reactivate series is the best (by Sub Terranean Records)!!
2) Trance series (by Rumour Records)
For the label, I thinks:
1) Platipus Archive (10 double cd of absolute classic trance)
2) Eye Q - Behind The Eye (4 cd of the label of Sven Vath)

I agree with you, the Trance Nation series is more repetitive.
Although it is good to find tracks heard in live, I often use it to make the tracklist of the live ;)
